COVID 19 - SUSPENSION OF CLUB ACTIVITIES

In view of the ongoing COVID 19 crisis and the Government’s recommendations on social distancing to avoid infection and spreading the virus, the committee has decided to suspend all walks and club activities, with immediate effect. This includes the walk scheduled for Saturday, 21st March and also applies to future committee meetings. The suspension will remain in place until further notice.

The committee regrets this action but believe it is in the best interests of our members and their families. We will keep the situation under review and will resume normal activities when we are advised that it is safe to do so.

Welcome to the Website of NICS Ramblers

The Club was formed in 1997 and continues to grow from strength to strength with a wide variety of walks and hikes to suit all abilities.

We cater for all levels of abilities through a programme of hill walks, leisurely coastal or generally low level rambles and in the summer, evening "danders". Our walks programme also includes several weekends and regular holidays abroad.

If you are interested in reading more about the clubs activities then read the welcome from our club chairperson.
